Why is it crucial to maintain or replace your roof?

Your roof is your property’s first line of defence against harsh weather, heat, wind, and rain. Over time, even the strongest roofs can show signs of wear. Common issues include:

Rust or corrosion

Loose or damaged sheets

Leaks and water ingress

Outdated appearance

A professionally installed metal roof can last 40–70 years or more, depending on the material and maintenance. It’s one of the most durable roofing options available.

Is metal roofing noisy during rain?

No. When installed correctly with proper insulation and underlay, metal roofs are no louder than traditional roofing materials.
